For setting up the Coastal Community Team and preparing its economic plan:

£10,000 from Department of Communities and Local Government

£1,000 from Uplyme Parish Council

£500 from Charmouth Parish Council

£250 from the Town Mill Trust

£250 from Charmouth Traders.

From the Coastal Revival Fund

£8,000 for the Town Mill Trust (feasibility study)

£40,000 for the Marine Theatre (roof repairs)

£10,000 for the Hub (window replacements)

£2,000 for Charmouth Coastwatch (Charmouth Lookout)

 

From Aviva Community Fund (supporting John Calder's hard work)

£500 for Sculpture Trail (supplemented by £1,500 from Lyme Regis businesses and match funding of £2,000 from Lyme Regis Town Council)

LymeForward helps Lyme Regis and area to benefit from grants and other sources of outside funding, either by applying directly or by identifying possible funds and then assisting other organisations with their applications.
Much of the current work is being done through the Coastal Community Team, a partnership created by LymeForward to enable the area to bid for significant government funds being offered to collaborating coastal communities for economic development.
